Best for carrying a phone
A 5.4kg iron sand vest with buckle straps that fit chests from 80 to 114cm, plus an armband pouch and a rear mesh pocket for keys and a phone. Reflective stripes help on early or late walks. The weight is fixed and the maker says to wipe it down rather than wash it, so it suits steady walking more than sweaty gym work. See it against the rest of the best weighted vests →
