Best fixed weight for walking
At 6kg it sits in the 5 to 10kg range that suits walking, and the iron sand is spread evenly behind double-stitched seams to stop leaks. Neoprene fabric, an adjustable bust strap and reflective stripes front and back suit women and men on dark UK evenings. The weight is fixed, so you will need a heavier vest once 6kg feels easy.
