Best for jogging
A simple fixed-weight vest for walking and jogging, filled with iron sand in separate compartments so the load stays even. The 5kg or 10kg version suits the walking range. There are no packs to remove, so once it feels easy you need a second vest, and the maker asks you to check size and how it is worn before ordering.
