Best for rucking
Pick this for rucking or heavier training: it comes in 5, 10, 15 or 20kg versions, and the weight is split into small removable bags so you can lighten it. Mesh panels and reflective shoulder strips suit outdoor walks on dark UK evenings. You choose the maximum when you buy, so order the top weight you will grow into, not the one you start at.
