Best studio-style mat
A studio-style vinyl mat with an anti-slip base and eyelets, so it hangs on a hook or rack instead of being rolled. At 9.5mm it gives proper cushioning and it wipes clean with a damp cloth. At 100 x 50cm it is much smaller than a standard mat, so it suits sit-ups and core work but not lying stretches for a tall adult. See it against the rest of the best exercise mats for home →
