Best for most people
The right mat for sit-ups, stretching and floor work on a hard floor: thick NBR foam cushions spine, hips, knees and elbows, and it comes with a bag, strap and resistance band. Both sides have a non-slip surface. At this thickness it is too soft for balance-heavy yoga, so pair it with a thinner mat if you do both.
