Best premium large mat
Worth paying more if you have the floor space: at 80cm it is a third wider than a standard mat, so wide squats and lateral lunges stay on the mat. Double-layer TPE at 10mm is a fair middle ground between cushioning and stability for mixed workouts. It is the dearest mat here and takes up more of a small UK room when rolled out.
