Best for grip
The pick if grip is what matters: a polyurethane surface over rubber is what stops hands sliding in down dog, and the AlignForMe markings help you place hands and feet the same way every session. It is PVC-free and comes with a bag. It costs several times as much as a budget mat, and at 4.2mm your knees may want a folded towel. See it against the rest of the best yoga mats →
