Best armband
For anyone who hates chest straps: an optical sensor worn on the upper or lower arm, or clipped to swimming goggles. It can record a session itself and sync to your phone afterwards. Optical sensing reads from the skin rather than the heart's electrical signal, so the H10 is still the more precise choice for intervals. See it against the rest of the best heart rate monitors →
