Best for most people
The chest strap to buy for accurate training heart rate: ECG-based sensing, Bluetooth and ANT+ at the same time, and memory for one session without a phone. It pairs with Strava, Peloton and gym kit. Polar advises replacing the strap about every 6 months for best accuracy, so allow for that. See it against the rest of the best heart rate monitors →
