Best for most people
The best-selling yoga mat in this search and a sensible first mat: 6mm TPE is firm enough for balance poses but still cushions knees on a hard floor, and the alignment guides help with hand and foot placement. It is light and sweat-resistant. It will not match the grip of the Liforme's polyurethane top once your hands get sweaty. See it against the rest of the best yoga mats →
