Best budget for sparring
Buy it in 16oz for sparring, because heavier gloves protect you and your partner. Multi-density foam and a fully attached thumb cut the risk of injury, and it is the cheapest glove on this list. Venum calls the Contender its entry-level series, and semi-leather will not last like a full leather glove. See it against the rest of the best boxing gloves →
