A cheap, comfortable starter shoe that outsells everything else in this list. Charged Cushioning and a sockliner that moulds to your foot make it fine for short runs, gym sessions and walking. The listing pitches it on all-day comfort rather than distance, so step up to the Ghost once your runs pass 10k. See it against the rest of the best women's running shoes →
