Best gift overall
A small LEGO City set is pitched right at five: a build they can finish themselves, then a truck to race round the room. LEGO marks it 5+ and the box has 148 pieces and a driver minifigure. It is a small set, so add a second one if you want the building to last longer than an afternoon. See it against the rest of Gifts for 5 year old boys →
